What is Mindful Art?

Mindful art is about being present without judgment. It is about focusing on flow rather than a desired outcome. Too often we can become emerged with the idea of creating to impress, rather to express. Mindful art is an invitation to both express and play in a safe environment while also being present with ourselves in an honest way. When we don't know where this art process is going to lead us, we are able to tune into ourselves and discover new possibilities through our art practice. It's a very helpful way to slow down, process what is happening around us through a flow state, relieve stress and solve problems more effectively.
